Gatherings at The Koji Club are equal parts fun and educational, offering a uniquely hospitable experience as well as leaving them with the knowledge of something new. The Koji Club is a safe space to celebrate, learn about, and drink good sake.

How did you previously manage events?

Very poorly 🤭 We just used good ole fashion Gmail and Google Calendar. We left a lot of opportunity on the table due to the lack of a standard process and helpful tools.

How has Perfect Venue helped your process?

Perfect Venue streamlines what can be a very daunting and brain-heavy process. We feel much less burdened by the details and can focus on throwing a good party.

What’s your favorite Perfect Venue feature?

Literally all of it… the full funnel communications and itemized tracking is SO helpful.

What’s something fun & unique about your events program?

Well, sake is fairly unique in its own right. Our parties are equally fun and educational. Everybody leaves with a new appreciation for sake.

What’s your most popular package or menu item?

Bar takeovers with karaoke.
