Perfect Venue has cut down our processes by more than half. No more jumping between Outlook and an Event Management software. No more saving spreadsheet after spreadsheet to different folders. Updates are real-time and readily available. Calendars are clutch because everyone from the Front of House to the Back of House knows when every event is happening and can plan accordingly.
I don’t really have hard data to share about our event business before using Perfect Venue but I know FOR SURE that we’ve increased a lot since using Perfect Venue. I would say at least 40% - 50% increase from 2021 to 2022 (when we first started using Perfect Venue).
