Previous challenges

Honestly, the previous system just felt clunky and slow. It took too many steps to build a proposal, update details, or add small changes. Nothing was intuitive and it made training new staff (including me!) more time-consuming than it should have been.

Impact of Perfect Venue

Perfect Venue has definitely cut down on training time for new staff and made our workflow way more efficient. I can get proposals out much faster. I also really value the exposure through the Marketplace!

It is so much easier and more intuitive, everything I need is right there at a glance. Creating proposals is way faster and making edits or adding details takes seconds instead of minutes. I also really love how responsive the team is. Whenever something doesn’t work, I know it will be fixed right away. It’s clear you listen to your clients, which makes me feel like we’re part of the growth and progress of the platform.

Setup and Support Experience

At the beginning, there were little bugs and some things I didn’t fully understand. But the support team was always ready, available, and patient walking me through, explaining and even stepping in to make changes if it was taking me too long. That kind of hands-on support made the migration a positive experience overall.

One feature I’d love to see expanded is multi-day proposals, it’s something that comes up more often now and I know it’s in the works. That’s another thing I appreciate: when you request something, you're making it reality.

Overall, Perfect Venue just feels modern, intuitive, and built with people like us in mind. I love that I can see the product constantly getting better, and that I get to be part of that journey.
