Previous challenges

Pre-covid, we used Venuebooks for all of our large party bookings as well as off-site catering events. after covid, our catering department was shut down and we went back to emails and excel spreadsheets.

Impact of Perfect Venue

Definitely hours saved in communicating with guests. It's great to have everything in one location that all managers are able to see. There has been an uptick in event bookings for both locations.

Setup and Support Experience

Set-up and migration was very easy. It was just a matter of gathering all of the information from different places and putting it down into an excel form.

About the venue

We have 2 restaurants with PDRs and shared dining experiences serving Modern Vietnamese cuisine. We are also using the site for our catering business.
