We used Tripleseat for a long time, and the hardest part was how much of the work fell on the events team manually. Every inquiry meant writing responses from scratch, pulling pricing and availability by hand, and keeping track of where each conversation stood on your own. There was no automation to speed up the back-and-forth, and nothing that could draft a reply or surface the right details for you. So the team spent hours on repetitive typing instead of actually talking to clients and closing events. When you're fielding dozens of inquiries a week, that adds up fast, and leads go cold while you're still catching up on responses.
Perfect Venue cut down how much time we spend on each event. Guests have access to their own event and can make changes themselves, so we're not fielding an email for every little update anymore. That alone gave the team hours back every week. The AI replies are the part that surprised me most. They sound exactly like how I'd write them, so I can send a response in a couple of clicks instead of typing the same thing over and over. Perfect Venue actually makes planning fun again, because we're focused on the events themselves instead of the admin around them.
The PV team was very helpful in the transition. They answered any questions we had so quickly and were very supportive. The change is a very big switch but they did everything they could to make it as seamess as possible. Also, they are so friendly! really great to work with.
